Payments & Refunds

All classes, private tuition and term programmes must be paid for prior to the class/session starting.  Payment is required to secure a place in any class/session and can be done via our online booking system or direct deposit.

As materials will be purchased prior to the term commencing, a refund will only be made if the enrolment is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the class start date.  For term programmes, once classes have started a refund will only be given if your child's place on the programme can be filled.  Refunds for School holiday classes cancelled within 7 days of the class commencing, will only be refunded if your child's place can be filled by another booking.

Private tuition sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the booked time will not be entitled to a refund. While we appreciate unexpected events happen, we can not generally fill your place within this time frame.  You will only receive a refund if your time slot can be filled with another booking.  While we always endeavour to fill all available time slots, it is not always possible at short notice.

If Perth Kids Shed has to cancel a class due to insufficient numbers, participants will be offered a refund or a place in an alternative class.

'Make up' classes are not offered by Perth Kids Shed if a class or classes are missed. 

Termination of Enrolment

Perth Kids Shed reserves the right to terminate enrolment of any participant who, in our opinion, is disruptive or may harm themselves or others without recourse to reimbursement of fees paid. 

Attire

Children are required to wear closed in shoes (boots, trainers, shoes etc., no thongs, sandals or footwear that exposes toes).  All children will be required to wear safety glasses & hearing protection when necessary. 

Arrival & Departure

Parents are required to ensure their children arrive and leave the class safely.  Please make sure your child is punctual as classes will start at the times stated. 

Parental Consent

No child will be able to participate in Perth Kids Shed classes/sessions without having completed a Parental Consent Form. These forms will be provided to you once your booking has been accepted and they will need to be brought to your child's first class. 

Class Rules

The following general class rules apply:

  • Drop-off / pickup no more than 10 minutes prior to & after class
  • Children are to be respectful to the instructor and to all other participants 
  • Children are not allowed to eat in the shed and should have any after school snacks prior to coming to class
  • Perth Kids Shed is not responsible for the safety of children outside their class times.

Prices

All prices on the website are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.

Perth Kids Shed is a small, privately owned business and is not in a position to offer discounts on listed prices.
